Pesto Spaghetti with Grilled Prawns

Pesto Spaghetti with Grilled Prawns

Look at the size of these prawns.  Grill them up and serve them with a portion of spaghetti with a Basil and Parsley Pesto made with walnuts, basil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.  Simple and delicious.  Chef and cook book author Pamela Morgan shares the step-by-step details which she recently did with her non-chef husband who whipped this up since Pam is recovering from a ski accident.  Sending best wishes to Pam.
