Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups
  • fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cups bourbon
  • 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2  garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 cups scallions, diced
  • 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp HEINZ Tomato Ketchup 
  • 4 tsp less-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp KRAFT Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except dressing and chicken until blended. Reserve for later use.

Put chicken in a large bowl with all ingredients except dressing.

Step 2

Heat dressing in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken; cook and stir for 4 to 5 min. or until no longer pink.

Stir in the reserved chicken broth mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Add broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Simmer over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 min. Or, stirring occasionally, the chicken is done and the sauce is slightly thickened. Garnish with scallions.
