Nairn’s Gluten-Free S’mores

You don’t have to wait until summer to fire up these s’mores! They’re also delicious and fun to make at home by the fireplace or in the oven, as shown in this recipe.

Make them gluten-free by using Nairn’s oat grahams.

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F
  • Lay half of the graham crackers on a cookie sheet. Top with chocolate pieces to cover
  • Top each graham with two marshmallows
  • Bake until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and top with the remaining graham, pressing down slightly to make a sandwich. Serve immediately, while still warm
