Ingredients
- 1/2 cups
- fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cups bourbon
- 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 cups scallions, diced
- 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 tbsp HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
- 4 tsp less-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp KRAFT Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except dressing and chicken until blended. Reserve for later use.
Step 2
Heat dressing in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add chicken; cook and stir for 4 to 5 min. or until no longer pink.
Step 4
Stir in the reserved chicken broth mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Step 5
Simmer over medium-low heat for 15 to 20 min. Or, stirring occasionally, the chicken is done and the sauce is slightly thickened. Garnish with scallions.
