Oh, what a night. On October 11, 2023, we presented our 9th Tomatoes Got Talent show, at the Triad Theater in NYC, to a full house! There was such incredible energy in the room and the talent was superb.  This year’s show, co-produced by the vivacious Randie Levine-Miller, who also brilliantly hosted and performed, and Cheryl Benton, had a twist! Randie Levine Miller, Cheryl Benton, and Roni Jenkins selected 12 incredible performers from our past eight years of shows, who did NOT win the show, but were all winners in our book.   Four of them were selected by our celebrity judges to perform in our 10th year show in 2024 along with our 8 past winners to select The Three Tomatoes “Super Star.”

The four finalists are:

Evangeline Johns is an 86-year-old blues singer. Before she retired from her day job, she was a market researcher for CBS.

Dr. Alice Levine, MD is an endocrinology, diabetes & metabolism specialist.

Mary Calamia is a psychotherapist in private practice.

Kelli Maguire works at a Manhattan youth center. She grew up in a carnival.

The other incredible contestants were:

Maggie Determann is the membership director for a non-profit.

Camille Diamond is the director of a community center that serves children and families.

Alicia Moss is a former dog daycare owner and jewelry designer.

Roe Piccoli is a psychotherapist in private practice.

Mary Roesler is a legal secretary by day.

Merrill Stone is a gerontologist and grief counselor.
