There’s No Place Like Home
After Heritage Square Museum tour, my hubby and I were looking for a cool place to eat after our tour there so we headed to Los Feliz and low and behold I saw a name that rang my “Wizard of Oz” bells. So…we just had to try “There’s No Place Like Home” and despite the mostly young and trendy patrons we saw they welcome dogs like Toto and behind the sign a funky hippy quintessential California patio with a garden paradise. So this tomato knew we were in the right place ladies.
Of course you tomatoes know this Kansas girl turned LA gal loves the welcome sign at the entrance but we loved the atmosphere, the company and the food of “There’s No Place Like Home”. I love saying that on many levels. Service was great. Healthy comfort food with a twist seemed to dominate the menu and for this tomato the vegetarian and gluten free options were great. Mr. Tomato LOVED his turkey burger. It was a perfect way to satisfy our taste buds and stay relaxed after a great day.
