 LA-based comic Rosalee Mayeux is a true tomato and has been a long-time subscriber to our newsletters. She is making debut appearances this Sunday in New York City and would love some tomato support. The Show is part of her promotional tour for her Comedy Dynamics special Rosalee Mayeux, MODEL MOM. She is very funny, and we could all use a good laugh.

The controversial architect Zaha Hadid said: “A building is not just a shelter; it is a sculpture that we happen to live inside.” The sky-high views from midtown Manhattan are a testament to the world-class structural museum that has been built over time at our doorstep. The sweeping landscape of groundbreaking, monumental office towers, appropriately and inappropriately dissecting pre-war beauties, colossal churches filled with religious character, and the lush greenery of our city parks, offers a constant symphony of visual interest.

When seen as a whole, as a diagram of how we live in burgeoning metropolises, we are reminded of perspective, and that we are merely bits in the magnificent vertical matrix that fills our streets with productivity and humanity.
