Looking at Life From Both Sides Now

It’s a baby boomer’s dream-a night celebrating the music of two legendary singer songwriters of the early 70’s whose music transformed a generation: Joni Mitchell and Carole King. King’s Tapestry is one of the best-selling albums of all time. Joni Mitchell’s two blockbuster albums, Clouds, from 1969, and Ladies of the Canyon released in 1970 (along with Tapestry, which was on shelves in 1971) were staples in everyone’s album collection.

Now, an evening paying tribute to these musical titans ,

Ladies of the Canyon: The Music of Carole King and Joni Mitchell will take place on Monday May 15 at 7:30 PM at Kaufman Music Center, 129 West 67 Street.

Hosted by contemporary artists providing homage to these incredible musicians, this will surely be a night of great music… and great memories
