Chef Via Melissa’s Lemon Paprika Asparagus
Spring is in the air, and I have Spring vegetables on the mind! It’s asparagus season and they are readily available at farmer’s markets and your supermarket. One of my favorite go-to methods for preparing asparagus is my jazzing it up with lemon, paprika and garlic! These simple ingredients make a plane stable turn into a party on yours and your guests palate! It pairs well with any meat or fish protein too to accompany any feast! Buon appetite!
Chef Via Melissa’s Lemon Paprika Asparagus
Ingredients
1 lb asparagus
1 lemon
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp sea salt
Olive oil
Directions
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Grease bottom with olive oil
Rinse asparagus and remove ends
Lie asparagus flat on baking sheet
Evenly top all with lemon, paprika, garlic and sea salt
Place on bottom rack in the oven
Bake for 8-10 minutes
