Renewal Summit #10: The Highlights

Anne Akers and I are deeply grateful to everyone who joined us for this year’s Renewal Summit at Scandinavia House on May 16—marking the Summit’s 10th anniversary and The Three Tomatoes’ 20th year. From the moment we stepped on stage, the room was alive with energy, connection, and anticipation. The day unfolded against a backdrop of smiling attendees, shared purpose, and a vibrant exhibitor marketplace followed by a powerful progression of conversations on longevity, emotional vitality, healing after loss, stress reduction, and purposeful living—each session offering both heartfelt wisdom and practical tools for thriving in midlife and beyond.
