Smartphones for a Penny, Dressing for Summer, Italy in NoHo

Father's Day is just around the corner and we've got some great gift ideas for tech and gadget loving Dads that include, yes really, smartphones for a penny. Who wears short shorts? Well not us these days, but we do love cropped and capris pants and city shorts in the summertime. We've got a few of our picks today. And what's appropriate business attire in the summer? Career stylist Carol Davidson offers some excellent advice. And we've posted Arthur Schwartz's the only marinade recipe you'll ever need, again. But sometimes even Tomatoes can use a little guidance. How can you be office-appropriate, stay cool, and still enjoy the best of summer style? Career image consultant Carol Davidson has some helpful tips today on summer office dressing.

The Short Shorts Alternatives. If you still have great legs, no spider veins, and a butt that hasn't turned flat, then short shorts may still be your thing for casual summer wear. But even then, once you leave the beach or pool, crop and capris pants or "city shorts" can keep any Tomato looking hot without feeling hot and looking great and stylish if you're traveling this summer too.
