Walk in the Parks.  If you're a Tomato who needs a little encouragement to get out there walking, New York City has a fabulous FREE program that encourages New Yorkers of all ages to get fit while enjoying the outdoors.  There are 30 park locations throughout the city staffed with trained walking instructors to lead walks. High Line Tour

We love the new High Line Park, and the first Tuesday of every month you can join the High Line's gardeners on a walking tour to learn about the park's one-of-a-kind horticulture design, and the unique challenges of tending a garden in the sky.  There is a modest cost.
