Yes tomatoes, it's that time of the season when basically everything is on sale everywhere. The cool New York summer hasn't been so cool for retailers, so stores are practically paying you to haul away the summer clothes. But we've got a few special highlights for you this week from the Hampton's Super Saturday Sale to...gasp!...the opening of J.C. Penney in New York City. Marcia's career has included Broadway, film, and TV in both New York and LA. She played the pot-smoking "Bobbi Michelle" in Neil Simon's Last Of The Red Hot Lovers, and received a Tony nomination as Best Actress in a Musical for Shelter. J.C. Penney arrives in midtown
Times Square now seems like Disneyland, and J.C. Penney has come to midtown. Yes, tomatoes, the 100 year old retail chain will have the grand opening of its first NYC store on July 31st. Can Sears be far behind? The new store is located in the Manhattan Mall, a block form Macy's.

Yes tomatoes, this coming Saturday August 1, 2009 the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund's 12th annual Super Saturday will take place at Nova's Ark Project in Water Mill.
