Bargains in Mexico and NYC too
 
The last day of June.  How did that happen so fast? School's out, graduations are over. Summer's getting into full swing.  We love it. And as we head into the 4th of July weekend it's a slow week for sales in NYC, but still a couple of things worth your while.  We were poking around in a few stores over the weekend and it doesn't look like shoppers have even made a dent in the summer merchandise. Between the miserable cold spring in New York and so many of us scaling back, watch for the stores to practically give away summer merchandise after the 4th.  But if you really want to look for bargains, or maybe even score an antique find, checkout NYC's weekend flea markets.  And if you're thinking you can't afford a vacation this year, you might just want to think again.  Mexico is the bargain spot right now.  Our travel expert Phyllis Stoller has the inside scoop on the best places and best deals too.
